“Enjoyed the hotel’s proximity to the plaza. Very walkable to everything in the area. The hotel itself is a little dated which can be seen in various areas around, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.”

“When we arrived to check in the system was down. We had to get ready for a time sensitive event in the lobby, and public restrooms. It took 2.5 hours for us to get a room. We were not compensated for this inconvenience in anyway other than the parking fee for the hotel being waived. I was unaware there was a parking fee and you have to pay for WiFi if you’re not a rewards member. For as much as you have to pay to stay parking and WiFi should be included. The staff was nice, but the overall mess...

“Hotel was very clean - was just after Argentina left so the hotel was still had their decor all over, but that was pretty cool. Room was great - except the AC wasn't consistent throughout the entire room, likely because of the rooms shape. Staff were very helpful, especially as it concerned parking. The day I left was the last day of free parking, though their back lot was not available during that time because of the break-down of the facility from Argentina's stay, so perhaps their back lot...
